Embrace Home™ is a membership-based program offered through Embracing Wellness, LLC. We do not bill Medicare, Medicaid, or any other insurance plan for services provided under this program. All membership fees are paid directly by the patient or caregiver and cover services not submitted for insurance reimbursement. Patients may continue using their existing primary care provider and insurance benefits while participating in our membership.
